Who are Air Peace of Mind?
Air Peace of Mind is a professional and personal short let management company. We specialise in the management of mid to luxury properties in London. We market our properties through various channels, including Airbnb, Plum Guide, Luxury Retreats, Stay One Degree, Home Away and Air Peace of Mind’s own website.

Where are your homes/properties located?
Currently, most of our properties are located within South West and West London. We have a large presence in Notting Hill, Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington – however we are not limited to these areas.

Can I book a room?
Air Peace of Mind only manages entire properties for short let, it is therefore not possible to only book a room through us.

How does payment work?
The total payment that you make to us includes the cost of the accommodation and a cleaning fee (clean before and after your stay). Any additional payments required will be explicitly outlined.

How do you make a reservation?
If you wish to make a reservation through Air Peace of Mind, you are welcome to call or email us directly with any questions. We are always happy to assist with your booking.

If you see a property that you like on our website you can select dates that you would like to stay and check availability. If the property is available, select ‘book now’ and send the reservation request after filling out your personal details.


How do I change a booking?
If you wish to amend a booking that was made directly with Air Peace of Mind, get in touch via phone or email and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the minimum night stay still applies to your booking and we will not be able to amend bookings that do not meet this criteria.

What are your check in times?
Check in times usually commence from 1pm, however we will try our best to accommodate earlier check-ins when requested.


What are your check out times?
The property check out time is typically 11am, however we try our best to accommodate later check outs for guests with later travel arrangements, although this is not always possible.


Do you provide fresh linen and towels?
All our linen and towels are of hotel quality. We arrange for each guest to have 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel.


Do you provide any toiletries?
We provide toiletries that should last a few days, however we do not include toiletries for the entirety of your stay – these include, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.


What type of properties do you manage?
We take pride in the properties we manage, all our homes are hand-picked and high quality. All properties are fully equipped inside, as well as location-wise being in the best places in London. We make sure that our property photos are an accurate representation of the space that you are renting.


Do you provide any extras?
All homes come fully equipped with the homeware items you may need, however if you require specific extras such as baby, infant or child related items, including high chairs, strollers and other similar equipment – we are able to recommend a company called Air Tots, who specialise in this kind of rental. Use the code APM10 for a 10% discount.


What is the best way to travel around London?
The underground offers quick and well-connected travel throughout London, for this you will need an oyster card or travel card that can be purchased at most underground stations.
